Agreement - all boxes must be checked and terms agreed to. *	I understand booth assignments are determined by Efitphany Races. I understand vendor fees are non-refundable. I agree to comply with all event rules. I understand setup and breakdown times. I understand Efitphany Races reserves the right to remove vendors violating event policies. I acknowledge that I am responsible for providing my own tent (maximum 10'x10' unless otherwise approved). I am responsible for bringing my own tables, chairs, displays, signage, and any other booth equipment. I am responsible for providing my own power source. I understand all tents must be properly weighted with tent weights. Stakes are not permitted unless approved by venue. I understand that my booth must be fully set up before the event opens and remain operational until the official close of the event. I understand that failure to bring the necessary equipment will not result in a refund or onsite accommodations by Efitphany Races.
